Top Knot Fabric is NOT responsible for lost packages in the mail. Once the first scan is updated we are not responsible and should it get lost you would need to contact the shipping carrier for more info. 

Top Knot Fabric will not issue refunds for yardage with small flaws less than 5 inches from any selvage or any flaws (ink, etc) on the inside on the fabric that is noticeable on the printed side  

Top Knot Fabric is not responsible and will not issue refunds for designs that are messed up due to scaling or the actual seamless file. PLEASE ensure your scaling is correct and your file is seamless before submitting your order.
